On display –- some exciting front of house products to help you with your food presentations including new dinnerware, drinkware and tabletop items, Marko vinyls and displayware. For back of house, we have practical products designed to save labor in the kitchen and prep areas that include new Universal Food Pan Lids and Commercial Measures.

CONGRATULATIONS to our Coldmaster Ice Cream Server Drawing Winners!
Michelle Kline of Wild Caterers was our winner on February 24th and Ron Edwards of Classic Kitchen Associates was our February 25th winner. Michelle and Ron will soon be receiving their Coldmaster Ice Cream Server and Ice Cream Server Shroud.
This year at the Catersource Show, February 24th and 25th, Carlisle had 2 booths across the aisle from each other.
Featured at the front of the 20’ x 40’ island booth in true 50’s ice cream-parlor-style was our Coldmaster Ice Cream Server and our Coldmaster full-size pan with Ninth size insert and 9 ninth size stainless steel pans. Inside our Coldmaster Ice Cream Server, we had a 3-gallon container of strawberry ice cream that was purchased from Aramark and a Cooper thermometer/clock showing temperature and length of time ice cream had been out of freezer. At the close of each day, we drew for our lucky Coldmaster Ice Cream Server winners.
Our other booth, 10’ x 20’ inline, featured our new Marko by Carlisle vinyls.

At this year’s NAFEM Show, the Carlisle booth was all a buzz with the attendees having their pictures taking with their favorite products.

Just what is NAFEM? Why is this biennial trade show so important?
NAFEM, the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers www.nafem.org, is an association of more than 625 foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers who produce industry products for food preparation, cooking, storage, and table service.
The NAFEM Show showcases a wide array of foodservice equipment and supplies innovators and experts, all under one roof. February’s show will bring in around 20,000 attendees shopping for fresh ideas, creative perspectives, innovative product solutions from over 700 product categories, plus product demonstrations. It is a show worth visiting.
